Description

• We are searching for an HR Generalist to join our People Operations team. • You will own the full employee journey including orientation, programs, systems and offboarding. • Use your strong communication and relationship-building expertise to ensure every Ada Owner feels supported & has an extraordinary experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR principles and best practices. • Experience working within employment regulations in Canada and the US. • Previous experience managing HR programs & systems is an asset. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality. • Proven experience managing multiple tasks and priorities. • Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR and Greenhouse. • High proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite, specifically with Excel and Google Sheets. • A relentless drive to get things done, and get it done well.
