Description

• We’re looking for a Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You will be the quarterback on each implementation, responsible for the successful delivery of your accounts, as well as the expansions of existing accounts. • You will partner with Account Executives and Customer Solutions Consultants to support services activities with technical and consultative expertise during the final stages of the sales cycles. • After a seamless handoff, you will support the account team by leading the implementation - executing on the agreed upon deliverables, in the agreed upon timeframe. • Additionally, you have a mindset of ongoing process improvement. • You constantly ask,"How could we do this better?” in order to develop new solutions for individual client challenges. • You describe yourself as a deep thinker with a knack for problem solving. • What motivates you is an opportunity to play an integral role in shaping the future of customer experience through automation. • As an innovator and trailblazer in the space, you will not just be implementing a conversational AI solution - you will be changing the way businesses communicate.

Requirements

• 3 years of professional services or technology consulting experience, with a passion for implementing technology. • Excellent communicator with a proven track record of helping customers meet their business objectives through effective application of technology. • Working knowledge of APIs and a fundamental understanding of SaaS platforms represented in Ada’s partner ecosystem (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.), is an asset. • Experience working and collaborating with Engineering and Product teams, to provide ongoing feedback on how a product is being used and how it can be improved. • Reliable and resilient team player who can adjust to new challenges to deliver on your commitments in a fast-paced environment.
