• Provide technical expertise to innovative companies. • Collaborate with Sales to close new business. • Guide customers throughout their lifecycle with Ada. • Lead discovery sessions with customers to uncover requirements. • Deliver compelling presentations to all levels of an organization. • Build custom product demonstrations. • Scope and design integrations into customer technology stacks. • Support pre-sales revenue goals through closing new business. • Support customers during implementation. • Drive adoption and utilization of the platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years of pre-sales engineering and/or strategy/management/technology consulting experience. • Working knowledge of APIs and a common understanding of SaaS platforms (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot, etc.) • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Strong relationship-building skills as you will be required to maintain and develop technical champions across the table. Experience building relationships with VP-level stakeholders is a bonus. • Technically and analytically curious, where you demonstrate the ability to be a perpetual learner and love to make new discoveries and improve the status quo. • Reliable and resilient team player with a start-up mentality able to deliver on your commitments whilst managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced constantly-changing environment. • Generative AI implementation experience will be considered a strong asset.
