• The Adaptavist Group is a global family of companies focused on teamwork, technology, and processes. • We deliver enterprise software and quality services across trusted technology ecosystems including Atlassian and AWS. • Our flexible, remote-first way of working lets work fit around your life. • As an Associate Project Manager, you will manage projects and teams to deliver outstanding results. • This role involves managing project documentation, administrative support, and ensuring smooth communication within teams. • You will track project progress, manage risks, and guide projects to successful delivery.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in Spanish and English • Proven experience as a Project manager/Support in an IT or software business • Understanding of Project Management and Software Engineering methodologies (i.e., Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, PRINCE2, etc.) • Working in a client-facing working environment, managing multiple external clients with different commercial agreements • Comfortable working with remote teams and clients utilising collaboration tools (i.e., Zoom, Slack, Skype, etc.) • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation as well as global teams • Ability to work in an agile manner and context switching and fast-changing prioritisations
