Description

• Lead all design aspects of a project from start to finish, collaborating within cross-functional agile teams to deliver a premium and cohesive user experience. • Elevate Addepar’s product experience through outstanding interaction design and data visualization displays. • Apply user research and product metrics to inform design concepts and influence product vision, strategies, and roadmaps. • Contribute to the expansion, evolution, and adoption of the Addepar Product Language design system. • Seek out and embrace feedback from your peers and collaborators. Provide thoughtful feedback, empower, and mentor other designers on the team to do their best work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design. • A portfolio showcasing proven user-centered design practice and a high degree of design craftsmanship. • Experienced in crafting web products and UI for enterprise users. • Passion for distilling complex use cases and requirements into sophisticated, scalable design solutions. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. • A self-starter and a teammate who enjoys working in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Meticulous, with a keen eye for consistency. • Experience working with Figma. • Experience with B2B SaaS and finance is a plus.
