Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering • 8 - 10 years packaging engineering experience • Technical depth on a packaging material, format, or process • Advanced understanding of the full packaging development and qualification process (or stage gate process) • Developing Trial plans & Creating lab requests • Reviewing and updating specifications as needed • Travel to and facilitate trials at sites • Advanced knowledge of requirements related to packaging and labeling, ensuring robust package validation and qualification • Advanced understanding of project timeline development • Demonstrated effective communications (verbally and in writing) across internal and external teams • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time efficiently and effectively across multiple activities and tasks simultaneously
