Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering. • 5 – 10 years packaging engineering experience. • Technical depth on a packaging material, format, or process. • Advanced understanding of the full packaging development and qualification process (or stage gate process). • Developing Trial plans & Creating lab requests. • Reviewing and updating specifications as needed. • Travel to and facilitate trials at sites. • Advanced knowledge of requirements related to packaging and labeling, ensuring robust package validation and qualification. • Advanced understanding of project timeline development. • Demonstrated effective communications (verbally and in writing) across internal and external teams. • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time efficiently and effectively across multiple activities and tasks simultaneously.
