•Job Title: Junior Product Owner (CX Automation & Project Management) •Location: Fully Remote (Preferably in the UTC+1 to UTC+3 time zone) •Employment Type: Full-Time •About Us: We are an international team dedicated to optimizing a customer support tool by developing a cutting-edge CX automation platform provided by ZingTree. •Our goal is to provide a Self-Service support experience for customers, allowing them to resolve equipment issues independently without needing to contact Customer Service each time. •By leveraging automation and data-driven improvements, we aim to enhance both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. •We are looking for a driven and eager-to-learn Junior Product Owner to help us maintain and enhance this platform. •Key Responsibilities: •CX Automation Platform Maintenance: Support the day-to-day operations of the ZingTree platform, solving technical issues, and ensuring the platform runs smoothly. •Feature Enhancement: Collaborate with stakeholders to add new features and improvements to the ZingTree platform. •Data Integration: Work closely with the Analytics team to enhance data gathering between the ZingTree platform and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). •Testing Support: Collaborate with the Testers team to support test creation, focusing on improving the user experience (UX) of the platform. •Website Monitoring: Regularly check websites to ensure domain functionality and correct display of the ZingTree tool across different geographical locations. •Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize the efficiency of the platform. •Problem Solving: Tackle platform issues with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. •Team Collaboration: Act as a strong team player, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including analytics, testers, and developers, to achieve shared goals. •Occasional Presentations & Diagrams: Prepare process diagrams or present data as required.

•Willingness to Learn: Strong desire to learn and master new tools and technologies quickly. •Attention to Detail: Sharp focus on detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work. •Problem-Solving Attitude: Ability to approach challenges with creativity and a solution-oriented mindset. •Time Management: Highly organized and efficient with time, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. •Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and share responsibilities effectively. •English Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, as this is an international team. •Nice-to-Have: •Experience with CX Automation Platforms: Previous experience working with or supporting customer experience automation platforms like ZingTree. •Jira Experience: Knowledge or certification in Jira is a strong plus.
