📋 Description

• The role: LMS Administrator • Working Arrangements: Fully Remote • Salary: Negotiable depending on experience & location • Contract Duration: 6 Months • The role: Joining a global organisation, you will support an EMEA wide team with a range of LMS Administration tasks and duties. These could range from adding and supporting new users, to adding correct documents and information accurately. • Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the LMS platform, ensuring system functionality, uptime, and performance. • Create and manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and enrollments. • Upload, organize, and update learning content, courses, modules, and assessments. • Customize the LMS interface and features to align with organizational needs and branding. • Test and troubleshoot technical issues, liaising with IT or vendors when needed. • Generate and analyze reports on learner progress, course completion, and system usage. • Support end-users, including instructors, learners, and managers, via helpdesk or training. • Ensure data integrity and security, including compliance with privacy and learning regulations. • Stay up to date with LMS updates, features, and best practices, implementing improvements as needed.
