• Act as the technical lead on large projects, ensuring quality standards are met. • Use thorough requirements engineering to guarantee that clients receive what they truly need. • Manage complex, critical systems, apply updates, and resolve incidents to keep systems on track. • Plan and implement sophisticated (multi-)cloud or on-premises platforms. • Provide comprehensive support, tackle high-priority issues, and assist team members in critical situations. • Continuously expand your knowledge in HashiCorp Vault and GitLab through training and project involvement.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken German. • Five to eight years of experience as a system engineer in cloud environments. • A strong DevOps background—CNCF and HashiCorp stacks, GitLab, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, DevSecOps, IaC, and GitOps. • Broad experience in software development and an understanding of cloud migration. • Strong networking skills for advanced concept translation. • Ability to identify security vulnerabilities early on and knowledge of addressing them. • Expertise in optimizing existing automations and developing new ones. • Understanding the relationship between technology and business effectively.
