We’re Adfix, a vibrant, full-stack marketing agency focused on helping DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands scale and succeed through expert digital marketing strategies. • We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with expertise in Klaviyo to join our Creative Team. As our Klaviyo Graphic Designer, you’ll be the architect of impactful email and SMS designs that engage, convert, and delight our clients’ audiences. If you have a knack for crafting beautiful, conversion-focused designs and a passion for the world of e-commerce, we want to hear from you! • Key Responsibilities: • Design Conversion-Focused Email and SMS Templates: Create beautiful, effective designs that drive clicks, conversions, and engagement for a range of DTC brands on the Klaviyo platform - ensuring they are responsive and adhere to best practices. • Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist and Email Marketing Expert to understand campaign objectives and deliver assets/designs that align with campaign objectives and ensure that visual contents are perfectly synchronized with the strategy. • Implement the designs and templates to the email flows as per the strategic brief provided. • Implement brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all email communications. • Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. • Stay Updated on Trends and Best Practices: Research and incorporate the latest trends in email/SMS design, typography, color theory, and layout optimization.
• Proven Experience in Klaviyo: 2+ years of experience designing email templates specifically within Klaviyo, including familiarity with Klaviyo’s design editor and template building capabilities. • Graphic Design Expertise: Strong skills in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing experience in email marketing and/or SMS campaigns. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar. • Understanding of Conversion-Focused Design: Knowledge of best practices for email marketing design, including call-to-action optimization, visual hierarchy, and A/B testing strategies. • E-commerce and DTC Experience: Familiarity with the e-commerce space and an understanding of how to design for DTC brands and their audiences. • Responsive Design Skills: Ability to design responsive templates that look great and function well on both mobile and desktop. • Detail-Oriented and Organized: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, polished work. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-based, remote environment. • Proactive and Creative Mindset: Self-starter who’s always looking for new ways to innovate and improve.
