• Hey there! We are Adfix! A vibrant agency focused on elevating DTC brands and retailers around the globe! • We are looking for an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Coordinator. A passionate person who thrives in building relationships and crafting strategic collaborations to boost brands' performance. If this is you, then keep reading! • Your Responsibilities will be to: • Identify, research, and connect with influencers and/or content creators that align with our clients' brand values and target audiences. • Coordinate influencer campaigns from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are running smoothly and on schedule. • Coordinate and support the initiatives and overall strategies of the Media Buyers, and Creative Strategist. • Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist to ensure the content produced resonates with the audience and meets campaign objectives. • Collaborate with the Creative Strategist and Media Buyers to manage Meta and Tiktok Creator Marketplaces and other ad-hoc tasks required • Assist in negotiating partnership terms, ensuring mutual benefit and clarity for both parties. • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for future strategies. • Stay updated on industry trends and influencer movements to keep our strategies fresh and innovative. • Maintain organized records of influencer contacts, contracts, and campaign performance. • Manage and organize the database of Influencers and UGC contents - making sure the assets are readily available for the internal Creatives Team's use.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, social media or PR • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a CAN-DO attitude • Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying and collaborating with influencers, negotiating contracts, and measuring campaign performance. • A passion for e-commerce, social media trends and a good understanding of various platforms and their influencer landscapes. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Fluent in English - other languages are a plus! • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management skills. • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
