Description

• Lead and coordinate complex company’s projects • Break down complex requirements into manageable tasks • Manage dependencies between project components • Adjust project methodology as per business needs • Develop project plans identifying resource and budgetary needs • Manage projects in a prioritized way aligned with timeline and budget • Provide feedback, advice, updates, and encouragement to team • Facilitate completion of project by coordinating team activities • Training and coaching organization on project management • Resolve complex project-related issues and disputes • Ensure adherence to frameworks and maintain docs appropriately • Facilitate the company’s priorities selection • Evaluate operational procedures for effective functioning • Build and create processes on project management software • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in different industries • Excellent English language skills • Experience in transforming teams into agile or lean mindset • Experience working with diverse, senior, geographically dispersed teams • Coaching teams on agile/lean mindset • Working with project management tools like Clickup, Asana • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work between Europe and USA hours • Agile Programme Management certification is a plus • Experience with Clickup is advantageous
