Description

• Create and execute CRO strategies to optimize website conversions and increase revenue • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to identify high-performing variations and iterate on them • Build Out and Optimize landing pages for specific marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates • Develop and implement copywriting strategies that are optimized for conversion and user engagement • Conduct user research and incorporate user feedback into website design and development • Utilize web analytics tools to monitor and report on website performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance • Develop and manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms • A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTA • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in CRO, UI/UX design, and website development

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in conversion rate optimisation within eCommerce space, or a related field • Strong understanding of website design, user interface (UI), and user experience (UX) principles • Experience with website development and CMS platforms, such as Shopify, WordPress, or Magento • Good in HTML/CSS and JavaScript • Strong with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies • Excellent copywriting and communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Able to work within the EU timezone
