Description

• Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics to enhance our brand’s reputation and visibility • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media • Create content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations • Monitor, analyze, report, and communicate PR results on a monthly basis • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis • Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them • Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and journalists • Create and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials • Manage crisis communications and respond to negative press • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels • Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PR, preferably in an eCommerce or related industry • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong project management, and multi-tasking skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Experience with crisis management and communications • Strong experience in social media, digital marketing, digital communities, and eCommerce business • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Able to within EU and US timezones
