Description

• The Projects/Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects using ClickUp as the primary project management tool. • They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, track progress, and meet deadlines. • The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding and experience with different project management methodologies (lean, scrum, agile, CPM) and possess advanced proficiency in ClickUp.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, and able to work within the EU timezone. • Proven experience as a project manager, product manager, scrum master, or similar positions and successfully delivering projects using ClickUp. • Strong theoretical background in Project management methodologies like Scrum, agile, lean, and similar is a big plus. • In-depth knowledge of implementations of different methodologies and best practices based on the business needs of ClickUp. • Advanced proficiency in using ClickUp, including task management, project planning, and reporting features. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
