📋 Description
• Aduro Advisors is looking for a Head of Data to oversee Data Products • Lead the design and implementation of data strategies to drive revenue and value • Collaborate with teams to leverage data assets for financial outcomes • Establish data governance standards and align with internal teams • Engage with vendors and industry experts to stay updated on trends
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in data assets, data science, data engineering and data strategy • Experience in Accounting, the alternative asset industry, Venture Capital and/or Private Equity is preferred • Experience building a new Data Product offering or leading significant data transformations • Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty; the ability to adapt nimbly and lead others through complex situations. • Experience in building, managing, and scaling data teams. • You have a passion for mentoring and coaching team members and take ownership in their development • You are naturally resourceful, driven and have strong problem-solving skills • You see the value in providing excellent outputs, being thoughtful and know the details make the difference • Thrive independently and as part of a team • You are comfortable with software systems including Salesforce, G-suite, Microsoft Office, Box, Slack
