Description

• Job Title: HEDIS Auditor Trainee • Job Types: Full-time Seasonal. Candidates must be able to commit to 40 hours per week during training and throughout the entire HEDIS season • Shift Hours: Applicant should be available to work from 6 AM to 6 PM CST. • Standard Shift Hours: 07:00am EST to 05:00pm EST (Subject to change based on business needs) • This is a remote position available to candidates located within the United States. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States. • Pay Structure: The training pay rate is $25 per hour • Post Training completion, the pay rate increases to $30 per hour • Job Summary: Learn and test on 13 HEDIS measures with the expectation of passing all 13 measures with the knowledge and expertise they need to be auditors. • Key Responsibilities: To complete the trainings each week they are assigned including test sets and that's it until training is done • Responsible for knowing all HEDIS measures trained, understanding of HEDIS Technical Specifications, HEDIS NCQA PCS’s and maintain greater than 98% accuracy in any measure overall.

Requirements

• Minimum CPC or CCS certification from AHIMA or AAPC is required. • Minimum 1 year of experience in HEDIS, should be credentialed coder or RN/LPN with current licensure
