Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management (Inhouse or service provider) or a related role. • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software. • Proficiency in IT support tools and systems, such as ticketing systems and remote support software. • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. • Availability to work outside regular business hours as needed for client support and project deadlines.
