🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare law, focusing on regulatory compliance and transactional matters. • Prior experience with an AmLaw 100 firm. • J.D. from a top-tier law school. • Proven ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly and effectively. • Strong leadership skills, a high work ethic, and a collaborative, action-oriented approach. • Ability to work remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining a top-level practice.
