Description
• Approach projects with an ownership mentality to ensure success for both client and internal products • Co-lead kick-off meetings • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and manage product roadmaps • Manage Agile product development process • Facilitate sprint planning, estimation, stand-up, demo, and retrospective meetings • Identify business needs and translate them into product requirements • Create sitemaps, user flow diagrams, mock-ups • Facilitate user testing and feedback sessions • Create user stories and manage product backlog • Manage design/developer hand-off process • Oversee product timelines and budgets • Manage product releases • Contribute to product growth through experimentation efforts • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders verbally and in writing
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years professional experience as a designer or product manager • Familiarity with Agile methodologies • Proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Pivotal Tracker (or equivalents) • Collaborative and high-energy work environment • Value direct and honest feedback • Strong communication skills
