• AEM (Advanced Environmental Monitoring) is the global leader in innovative mission critical weather, wildfire and water monitoring and intelligence solutions. • The Operational Business Data Analyst will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making processes across the organization. • This position involves analyzing complex data sets, developing insightful reports, and providing actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. • Job Responsibilities include data analysis and reporting, operational efficiency, business insights, data management, and project support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. • Advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. • Experience in an operational or business analyst role is highly desirable. • Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI). • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling. • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
