Description

• Seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with Java and .NET • Integrate and extend the Backbase digital banking platform • Work remotely in a consultative and client-facing role • Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, and your development team • Passionate about technology and solving complex business challenges • Apply Agile values to your work

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field • 5+ years of production-level experience in BOTH Java and .NET • Strong knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework • Knowledge of Spring and Spring extensions, like Web MVC, Spring Boot, and Spring Security • SOAP and RESTful Web Services and tools like XML, JSON, and RAML • Microservices architecture knowledge • Experience performing Unit Testing using JUnit • Knowledge of application Servers like Tomcat, WebSphere, Weblogic, or JBoss • Strong grasp of Git, Subversion and other source control technologies • Familiarity with Enterprise Integration Patterns and frameworks like Apache Camel • Experience developing large-scale distributed systems • Experience working on a SaaS platform or with Service-Oriented Architectures • Experience with cloud technologies, e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes • Experience with security and systems that handle sensitive data • Good knowledge of SQL • Experience in the financial services industry or professional services experience is a plus
