• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to capture requirements, estimate effort, develop resource plans, and prepare proposals • Lead Discovery and Planning phases, conducting client workshops, defining business requirements, and creating project plans and SoWs • Collaborate with the executive team to conduct market research, define problem statements, develop go-to-market strategies, and create product roadmaps

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience in technical professional services and digital projects • Tech startup experience as Product Owner/Manager • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget while fostering effective client and team relationships • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, facilitation, and negotiation skills • Ability to thrive in diverse teams, maintain composure under pressure, and uphold professionalism and humor • Strong analytical and financial acumen for forecasting revenue, expenses, and project milestones
