Description

• Support end to end development of the AI product in alignment with product goals • Serve as a thought partner on product strategy to ensure they meet the dual goals around being an effective assessment and providing a delightful and safe user experience for students • Support development of AI strategy for the other products in AFG’s portfolio • Provide internal thought leadership on building AI ethically and prioritize data privacy in every product decision • Maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. • Communicate project status, challenges, and updates to stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contract UX designers, engineers, AI engineers, and product strategy consultants to define product requirements and deliverables. • Oversee the creation of user stories, use cases, and detailed product requirements. • Support preparation for penetration testing and privacy reviews

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ of product development experience with AI • Ideally, experience building 0-1 products, working with Black and Latinx communities, or experience in K-12 education • Proven ability to work autonomously, meeting deadlines and delivering independently and collaboratively cross-functionally • Highly detailed oriented • Ability to apply user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions
