📋 Description
• Creating and implementing project definitions, goals and roadmaps for one or more small to medium sized projects. • Planning sprints, prioritising backlog and organising time and resources in a creative way. • Developing material for project activities like project kickoff, project status, and project closeout. • Leading project team members to ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives. • Performing ongoing status updates and identifying possible risks. • Building customer relations that ensure fluid communication and managing client expectations.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience working as a project manager, familiar with software development and/or product design. • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and Latam/US clients. • Familiar with project management tools and agile methodologies. • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to present to leadership. • Advanced English (it’s a must). • Passionate about digital products. • Empathetic by nature. • Keen negotiation skills.
