🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or technical training. • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies. • Experience creating training content for databases, cloud computing, or big data technologies (Aerospike experience is a plus). • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate). • Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards. • Ability to simplify complex technical topics into digestible, engaging content. • Strong visual design and storytelling skills for effective course development. • Experience with video editing and multimedia content creation. • Excellent project management and communication skills.
