📋 Description
• A Senior Recruiter to help build a world-class operations and technical team at AeroVect. • Responsible for sourcing top talent and executing hiring priorities and sourcing strategies. • Collaborate with leadership to align hiring objectives and strategies. • Perform administrative duties to support sourcing and recruiting process.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent • A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top operations and technical talent. • Highly motivated with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. • Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS. • Recruiting experience within operations (recruiting GSE operators or drivers would be a huge plus!) • Technical Recruiting experience in Autonomous Driving or Robotics • Prior in-house recruiting experience.
