📋 Description
• AAethir is at the forefront of technological innovation, specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain Gaming, and Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN). • Seeking an experienced and dynamic PMO Director / Head of Project Management to lead and structure our Project Management Office (PMO). • Responsible for creating the framework and managing the execution of cross-functional projects that align with our strategic objectives. • Critical in ensuring that Aethir delivers high-impact projects efficiently while maximizing the use of resources and fostering a culture of excellence. • Establish and implement the PMO framework, including standard processes, methodologies, tools, and governance. • Facilitate collaboration between different departments to ensure alignment on project goals and resource needs. • Strategically manage internal and external resources to support concurrent project delivery. • Align the PMO with Aethir’s long-term business strategy and growth objectives. • Provide comprehensive oversight for the project portfolio, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Act as the main point of communication between project teams and senior leadership. • Establish a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices in project management.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus. • Proven PMO leadership experience. • Hands-on experience in tech and agile organizations. • Mandatory proficiency in Mandarin. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. • Ability to create and manage cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Experience in cloud, gaming, and AI is a highly preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
