Description
• Lead Afero’s cross platform mobile app engineering team • Develop new features and functionality based on Flutter • Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams • Design and execute scalable cross platform architecture • Hire and expand teams • Onboard, mentor, and motivate engineers • Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment • Analyze and optimize applications • Communicate clearly and effectively about deliverables, design, and architecture • Hands on coding and issue resolution
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in mobile design patterns, building mobile frameworks / SDKs, building custom UX widgets, and app optimization • Experience leading a team of mobile engineers • Profiling and debugging experience • Technical background and analytical abilities • Deep knowledge and experience in developing apps using Flutter • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent • Right to work legally in the USA Valued Skills and Experiences: • Deep knowledge of Kotlin, Java, Swift, Objective-C, C/C++ • Experience in Android Studio and Xcode • Experience in developing frequently updated apps for consumer products • Experience in developing mobile applications that integrate with hardware or IoT devices
