Description

• Responsible for supporting the Field Marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events and trade shows, and analyzing campaign performance. • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and direct mail. • Assist in the design and production of marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital advertisements. • Provide logistical and onsite support for trade shows and regional events, including booth setup and staffing. • Support the field marketing and events team in organizing state and regional custom events aimed at promoting customer retention and acquiring new business. • Track and analyze key marketing statistics using CRM systems.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with all aspects of event support, budget coordination, logistics, vendor negotiation, and marketing. • A strong background working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, creative/design, and operations to achieve messaging and planning to execute a well-detailed event. • Strong empathy towards others with the ability to create and nurture relationships across multiple teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effectively able to communicate with other business leaders and the C-Suite level, and maintain long-term relationships with internal teams, prospects, and vendors.
