• Oversee enablement function across sales and customer success orgs. • Lead and manage a team of two Revenue Enablement Managers. • Design and implement enablement programs. • Create and curate training assets, playbooks, and resources. • Establish KPIs and metrics for effectiveness of enablement initiatives. • Foster strong relationships with product, marketing, and sales teams. • Lead onboarding programs for new hires. • Stay informed about industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS environment. • 2+ years of experience leading revenue enablement teams. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful enablement strategies that drive revenue growth. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience working closely with C-suite executives and senior leadership. • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
