• Hands-on coding for core product areas with performance in mind. • Act as a Tech Lead for large projects, defining technical direction. • Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to share experiences. • Identify technical investment areas and help define the technical roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with modern web applications. • Experience writing server-side code using Ruby, Rails, and PostgreSQL. • Strong understanding of relational databases and system design. • Experience solving high-scale challenges and data migration projects. • Commitment to observability, support, and core systems ownership. • Collaborative in engineering and cross-functional teams.
