• 13+ years of experience building scalable web applications with large data volumes. • 8+ years in an engineering leadership role, overseeing organizations of 60+ staff. • Experience developing, coaching, and managing engineering leaders. • Care about team growth and development. • Experience recruiting and closing engineering candidates. • Passion for optimizing development processes. • Balance short-term priorities with long-term strategy. • Take pride in high-quality product delivery. • Excited to work collaboratively across teams. • Strong communication skills with diverse perspectives.
