Description

• Affirm is seeking a passionate Early Career Program Talent Specialist to revitalize our existing programs and expand our reach. • Oversee, plan, and execute Affirm's early career programs, including the hybrid engineering new grad program, intern program, and the Upward (apprenticeship) program. • Work with executive leadership, hiring managers, and the Talent Team to understand hiring needs and align program goals. • Build and maintain relationships with key university partners to attract top talent. • Create engaging programs that appeal to early career professionals who are passionate about fintech. • Collaborate with the Talent Brand Manager on additional projects, contributing to the branding of Affirm's early career programs.

Requirements

• Proven track record in managing and developing programs for university relations • Strong experience in recruiting, with a particular focus on developing and implementing effective university recruiting strategies • Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify new approaches and improve existing processes. • Willingness to challenge the status quo and explore innovative ways to attract and engage top talent. • Highly effective verbal and written communications skills • 2-3+ years of relevant experience
