Description

• Assist with the training and communications for GTM initiatives, including new product launches, partnerships, pricing, and industry updates. • Support the design, development, and execution of training and communication materials for Sales and Client Success teams. • Create and maintain accuracy of internal content such as presentation decks, FAQs, talking points, process documentation, and battlecards. • Help translate complex information from SMEs into clear, actionable content in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Coordinate training schedules to ensure timely and relevant sessions for the team. • Serve as a resource for Revenue teams, providing support and assisting with the creation of ad-hoc materials. • Partner with XFN teams including Product Marketing, Merchant Pricing, and Legal. • Assist in organizing and planning our annual Field Kick Off event alongside the Enablement team. • Utilize our tech stack (Mediafly, Chorus, SFDC, Axios HQ, Articulate Rise, and others) for training, communication, content management, and revenue intelligence.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Enablement, Sales, Client Success, Product Marketing, or Program Management • High attention to detail • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to build relationships across the organization • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse audiences • Genuine curiosity and excitement for personal and professional growth, with a passion for evolving as an enablement professional
