Description

• Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly • As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will support the technical needs of our enterprise merchants post-sale • Build trust and foster relationships with Enterprise merchants • Manage projects and provide technical guidance and solutions • Maintain overall technical health of enterprise merchants’ integrations • Proactively monitor metrics and troubleshoot technical issues

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or any other customer-facing engineering role • Ability to read code in at least one major programming language • Familiarity with the following concepts: integrating UX elements w/ backend services, frameworks, and 3rd party developer APIs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong project management skills, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders to stay on schedule • Passion and drive to change consumer banking for the better • Nice to have: Experience implementing or customizing in-store point of sale systems, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways
