Description

• Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. • Software Engineer for Loans Platform team, responsible for Affirm’s core loans product. • Guide the team to scale the product by 100x and beyond, adding new features to make loans compelling. • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to support growth by launching new products.

Requirements

• 2+ years proven experience as a software engineer • Ability to synthesize complex business, product, and technical requirements to consistently produce high quality system designs and software • Ability to collaborate with your team in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with deployment and automated testing frameworks • Prior experience architecting, building, launching and maintaining complex systems • This position requires either equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
