Description

• AffirmedRx is on a mission to improve health care outcomes by bringing clarity, integrity, and trust to pharmacy benefit management. • As an Analytics and Reporting Analyst, you'll create, refine, and deliver standardized reports focusing on pharmacy-related metrics. • Your responsibilities include data analysis, report production, stakeholder consultation, and process improvement. • Engage in coding, quality checks, and documentation while enhancing products, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics, finance, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in healthcare reporting and analytics (pharmacy or PBM knowledge preferred) • Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Excel (including VBA), and BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau • Ability to think critically, create solutions to meet business needs and interact with data to drive meaningful insights and create business value • Client-facing experience preferred with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders • Willingness and ability to travel (10%-20%)
