📋 Description
• The Staff Accountant II will maintain financial records and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded. • Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger. • Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports. • Analyzes current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) • Strong understanding of GAAP • Experience with financial reporting and internal controls • Strong attention to detail • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
