📋 Description
• We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the AgencyAnalytics team! • AgencyAnalytics enables digital marketing agencies by streamlining client reporting and scaling their efforts through data & automation. • We are an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and collaborative team working towards transforming the way that marketing agencies leverage data to make better decisions—and we’re only getting started! • Reporting to our Director of Product Management, you will lead the development of insights-driven features that help agencies turn raw data into meaningful, actionable decisions. • You will take a critical lens to how agencies use data, improving our reporting and analytics capabilities to deliver meaningful value to customers. • You’re a seasoned senior product manager with a strong product mindset, who understands how to balance intuition with research to drive impact. • You’ve successfully shipped complex features or new products from ideation to launch, while working closely with engineering, design, product marketing, and data teams. • We’d love to hear from you, even if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements outlined below.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years experience in product management at a B2B SaaS company • Proven track record of delivering impactful features in a fast-paced, iterative environment • Strong discovery and research skills: ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data (qualitative & quantitative) to inform product decisions. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels • Strategic problem-solving: able to break down complex problems into clear, actionable plans that drive real business impact • Bias for action & execution-focused mindset: take ownership and proactively drive initiatives from concept to delivery • Experience in MarTech and Payments is a plus
