Description

• As a Staff Developer you’ll be brought into initiatives at the strategy and discovery phases to ideate on what’s possible. • Experiment and drive new, and changes to existing, system architectures. • Coach and mentor our engineering team. • Set the operating rhythm to balance high efficiency with high quality. • Lead cross-functional technical projects, building and reviewing architectures on various teams, and coaching and mentoring our engineering team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional SaaS architecture and development experience, having lead teams to successful outcomes. • Previously held a Staff Developer or higher level title. • Deep experience working closely with Backend engineers and UX/UI Designers to plan, design, and implement frontend system architectures and features. • Deep experience with frontend performance best practices, tooling, and monitoring. • Mastered React and Typescript and have mentored engineers in both. • Expert at translating company objectives into technical delivery milestones. • Set a high bar for quality and hold yourself and other engineers accountable to it. • Exceptional at unblocking engineering teams to keep things moving.
