Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients using our digital marketing agency application • Build strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring their success • Understand client needs and business goals, and develop strategies to help them achieve success using our solution • Provide training and assistance to clients, helping them effectively utilize our web application • Monitor client usage and success metrics, identifying areas for improvement or optimization • Proactively identify and address client issues and concerns, ensuring timely resolution • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to product enhancements

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the digital marketing or software industry • Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation concepts • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and effectively communicate complex concepts • Experience providing training and support to clients • Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and address client needs • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Familiarity with lead generation web applications or CRM systems is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
