• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with a deep understanding of Sales and Marketing Operations. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the VP's day-to-day tasks and keeping the inbox at zero daily. • Support proposal development, customer communication, and HubSpot operations. • Thrive in fast-paced environments and create order out of chaos while maintaining professionalism. • Proactively manage the VP's inbox, ensuring it is maintained at zero daily. • Create professional emails, support proposal development, and occasionally speak and call customers when needed. • Use HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub to create and manage sequences, build workflows, and analyze contact data. • Use tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides for documentation and presentation purposes. • Create visually appealing and professional designs for presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. • Understand and use key sales and marketing terms in daily tasks. • Type a minimum of 79 words per minute with high accuracy. • Maintain a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps for workflow.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a Sales or Marketing Ops environment. • Proficiency with HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub. • Strong design skills in Canva. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. • Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs. • Comfortable speaking directly with customers and addressing inquiries.
