• Agency Services, a dynamic marketing and advertising agency, seeks an organized Executive Assistant. • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and travel arrangements. • Serve as the point of contact between executives and clients for timely communications. • Draft, review, and manage correspondence for the executive team. • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action items. • Organize and maintain files and office systems. • Assist with project coordination and administrative support for various initiatives. • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
