📋 Description
• Join our Growth Team as an Operations Analyst. • Support optimizing processes and improving system integrations. • Analyze operational efficiency for growth initiatives. • Assist with lead generation and marketing campaign management. • Develop dashboards and manage data for actionable insights.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or Data Analytics. • Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, and Looker. • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. • Ability to analyze and manage large datasets, ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms. • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, extracting insights, and optimizing data workflows. • Familiarity with database management and data structures, ensuring efficient handling of CRM and marketing data. • Ability to automate workflows and build tools to improve operational efficiency. • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product). • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (you’ll work with international teams). • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
