Description

•The Product Manager will be responsible for working across multiple products to build net new features, improve the quality of existing features, and deliver key insights to the business. •Working closely with the product, engineering, and design teams, this role will work with leaders across the organization to understand our customers, competitors, and the market. •Lead the development of features across multiple products within the AgentSync Platform, working closely with cross-functional team members •Use your deep understanding of our user personas to build an intuitive and stable user experience that addresses key customer needs and values •Work closely with the Group Product Manager on product strategy and help expertly represent that strategy transparently and consistently throughout the organization •Be obsessed with measurement and continuous improvement for both business and customer value delivered •Serve as a product evangelist both internally and externally

Requirements

•3+ years of product management experience •Experience in bringing products from “1 to 2” and go to market experience in a B2B environment serving enterprise customers •A strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality •Experience building API-first products is a plus •Experience building on AWS or Salesforce is a plus •High growth startup experience is a plus
