Description
• Responsible for collaborating with management, departments, and customers to identify end user requirements and specifications. • Development may include research, new development, modification, reuse, reengineering, maintenance, or any other activities that result in software products to meet the needs of specific client/business requirements of ICON. • Lead software development efforts and deployment processes to include conducting system testing and troubleshooting application deployment. • Design algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems and produce efficient and elegant code based on requirements. • Test and deploy programs and applications, and troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software. • Compile and assess user feedback to improve software performance while observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products. • Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects. • The Senior Software Developer IV will supervise and mentor junior developers and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff and lead collaborative efforts of the development team.
Requirements
• BA/BS and 12 years of software development experience. • Required Certifications: TBD
