Description

•Agile Six is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join an agile, cross functional team supporting the Federal Government customers in creating AI-enabled solutions... •This role will be hands-on using commercial and open source LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, and other machine learning tools. •We will integrate these into existing systems while adhering to strict data security and ethical AI guidelines.

Requirements

•Experience implementing LLM based applications or services; including model and toolchain selection. •Experience enhancing LLMs with external knowledge bases or databases, and fine-tuning pre-trained LLMs on domain-specific data or tasks, improving their performance and accuracy for specialized use cases. •9 years of experience in data science and machine learning. •Knowledge of cloud platforms for machine learning; including SageMaker and Azure Machine Learning. •Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning Algorithms, and applying them to production solutions. •Familiarity with privacy-preserving tools and handling PII. •Excellent communication skills, ability to document and present complex technical options and trade-offs to engineering and non-technical audiences. •Experience in an open-source, collaborative development environment •Ability to be autonomous, take initiative, and effectively communicate status and progress •Adaptive, empathetic, collaborative, and holds a positive mindset •Has lived and worked in the United States for 3 out of the last 5 years •Some of our clients may request or require travel from time to time.
