📋 Description
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik). • Design and optimize data models and ETL processes to support BI analytics. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports and datasets. • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to extract and transform data for analysis. • Automate data reporting and business performance tracking. • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support decision-making for business units. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and create customized insights. • Monitor BI system performance and troubleshoot data discrepancies or reporting issues. • Stay updated on BI trends, visualization techniques, and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Data Engineering. • Strong expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik). • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and query optimization. • Experience working with data warehouses and ETL pipelines. • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and report design. • Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data analytics (preferred). • Strong understanding of data governance, data integrity, and compliance. • Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
