Description
• Location: Remote • Agile Legal provides legal support and services to businesses, funds, and law firms. • Senior-level contract specialist or paralegal for our Virtual Paralegal Service team. • Multi-state experience preferred, but not required. • SaaS review experience among other commercial agreement experience required. • Experience drafting and redlining contract agreements is also required. • Abstract contracts, build playbooks, review and redline contracts using track changes in MS Word v10 or higher. • Draft, review and redline Nondisclosure Agreements, Consultant Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Purchase Orders, Statements of Work, Amendments, Assignments and Terminations. • Communicate regularly with Practice Area Director/Manager to discuss challenges, and successes and share client activity. • Develop subject matter expertise and maintain performance standards. • Submit drafts and documents on time, proofreading and editing legal documents for accuracy. • Research regulations to ensure contracts are updated and comply with laws.
Requirements
• Minimum of ten years specialized experience as a contract specialist or paralegal • Experience with one or more software platforms including but not limited to platforms for virtual interactions (i.e., Teams and/or Zoom), contract repositories, CRMs, and timekeeping systems • Training and/or certifications as a contract specialist or paralegal • Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite v.10 or above • Competent with Adobe Acrobat Pro
